Weeknight Paleo
Weeknight Paleo is a cookbook containing 20 of my favorite and most frequently cooked meals, complete with modifications for AIP (Autoimmune Paleo), GAPS (Gut and Psychology Syndrome), and low-FODMAP diets. Most recipes are also 21DSD (21 Day Sugar Detox) and Whole30 compliant, and each week comes with a shopping list. I'm thrilled to be able to share, and hope that you enjoy them as much as I do!
